Job Overview
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.

- Efficiently manage time and capacity, focusing on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Work weekends and/or extended hours; may be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash‑handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration or finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits:
