We're growing and looking for Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our team at West Saint Paul!

$1000 bonus after 6 months of Full Time employment

• Paid Training:
  All new team members complete a 4-day onboarding training (Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–4:30pm) at our Arden Hills, MN training center
• Ongoing support and development from experienced leadership

We are looking for CNA/NAR who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment.

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
