Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two West St. Paul apartment communities (Hilltop at Signal Hills and Legacy Commons at Signal Hills).
You will lead maintenance staff, ensure a presentable property, and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance to keep units rental-ready. The role requires 3–5 years in maintenance with strong carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills; HVAC and EPA experience are preferred, plus a valid driver’s license.
