We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN Clinical Manager to join our leadership team and help ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Position Summary: The LPN Clinical Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily clinical operations within the facility. This position ensures quality care delivery, supports and guides nursing staff, and works closely with leadership to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff in providing high-quality resident care.
  • Assist in care planning, resident assessments, and documentation.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and maintaining adequate coverage.
  • Serve as a resource and role model for clinical excellence and resident-centered care.
Qualifications
  • Current and active LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Previous experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical standards.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident care.
