Job DescriptionThe Martha's Vineyard Public Charter School is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-centered School Adjustment Counselor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a counselor who enjoys working closely with students, families, educators, and community partners in a school environment where relationships matter.

This position may provide an opportunity to obtain supervised clinical hours toward professional licensure.
The School Adjustment Counselor will provide individual and small-group counseling, crisis support, consultation, and social-emotional interventions for students. The counselor will also collaborate with school staff and families to identify student needs and develop appropriate supports.
