Bookkeeper ​/ Accounting Data Entry Specialist – Part Time

We sell fun! Our company is at the forefront of outdoor recreation, specializing in rooftop tents and vehicle-based camping within the overlanding industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team.

The Accounting Data Entry Specialist is responsible for recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. This role supports the management team by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing clear, accurate financial information. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Quick Books Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.

• Accurately record and post financial transactions in Quick Books.
• Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue invoices to customers (dealers).
• Maintain and organize accounting files and supporting documentation.
• Work directly with management to provide requested reports and information.
• Assist customers (dealers) and vendors with account inquiries.
• Support general accounting and administrative functions as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Interest in outdoor recreation, camping, or overlanding is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college or university coursework in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
