TITLE:

Documents Administrator       
*
* POSITION SUMMARY:

The Documents Administrator is responsible for tracking, maintaining, filing, retrieving, and updating documents and records for every department in the company.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Track and log all inbound and outbound documents.
* Verify the accuracy of all documents.
* Sort incoming documents and ensure they are scanned, filed, and distributed properly.
* Securely store original paper forms and enter information into digital storage system.
* Retrieve materials for qualified personnel upon request.
* Investigate information and documentation as needed.
* Ensure document handling is compliant with state and federal regulations as well as internal policy.
* Print, fold, and envelope outgoing letters.
* Drop off/pick up daily mail from company PO Box and accept and sign for all Fed Ex, UPS, and certified mail.
* Properly dispose of expired files in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
* Other clerical/administrative duties as needed.
** QUALIFICATIONS

* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Two year of previous related work experience required.
* Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
* Ability to follow processes and procedures and take direction.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiar with Word
* Ability to adjust to changing processes and priorities and willingness to take on new tasks as needed
