Receptionist / Office Coordinator Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $ 20.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 05:00am)
  • Welcome and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional front desk customer service.
  • Manage office operations, including mail, packages, office supplies, shipping, and facility requests.
  • Coordinate lunch orders, meeting support, kitchen stocking, and office organization.
  • Maintain a clean, professional reception area while assisting with administrative projects and daily office tasks.
  • Close and secure the office each day while ensuring a positive experience for employees, vendors, and guests.

Receptionist / Office Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with 2–3 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and comfortable learning office management systems.
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office.
  • Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening requirements, including background check and drug screening (if required).
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
