This position handles all incoming documents and ensures accurate and timely updating of information. You will work independently and as part of a team, performing responsibilities such as data entry, verification, and processing of records.

• Use computer systems to input and verify member data.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized files.
• Confirm data entries are consistent with source documents.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of accounting or related experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Positive attitude with a friendly and upbeat personality.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good attendance and reliability.

• Pay range: $17.00–$21.00 per hour, qualified for a $1.00 hourly raise after six months and every six months thereafter.
