Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Administrative Management
We are an international company seeking a welcoming, detail oriented and proactive Office person to join our team as an Office accounting associate. ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead our team to reach daily goals
- Interact with our customers to ensure timely service from all departments.
- Answer phones while screening and routing calls
- Scan and file, assisting accounting department as necessary
- Perform data-entry when required Quick Books and Fishbowl.
- Basic accounting duties (AR & AP,) Quick Books skills Mandatory, at least 2 years experience)
- Manage and oversee projects as determined
- General Inventory management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer minimum 3 years experience working as an executive administrative assistant or office manager, preferably in any mechanic or production type of shop environment.
- Minimum typing speed 45 wpm.
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multitask while keeping larger goals in focus. - Purchasing skills as well as inventory management
- Able to be trusted with confidential information.
- Critical thinking skills
- Proven decision-making skills under pressure. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Bookkeeping skills, mandatory Quick Books.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate with a variety of personalities.
- High attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize.
- Self Motivated and able to motivate others to generate and follow through on solutions.
- Proven leadership skills managing a team to reach customer experience and production goals.
- Team Player, willing to be coached and report progress on goals. Able to facilitate employee meetings as needed.
COMPENSATION Annual salary $52-66k a year depending on experience, there is room to grow and become a key player here.
