Senior Estimator Construction

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Estimator to join Walbridge. In this role, you will coordinate full estimating service efforts for all Construction Specification Institute (CSI) divisions on large, complex projects within Lump Sum, Design Build, and Construction Management contractual formats. You will interpret designs, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents, and operate across multiple delivery systems or be proficient in one specific system.

Positions are available on-site in Detroit, Pittsburgh, or Charlotte. Minimal travel is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience acceptable.
• At least five years of estimating or related experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate teams.
• Knowledge of construction and estimating processes, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
