• $36.14 to $52.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Monday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
• Perform building inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects to ensure code compliance.
• Review building plans, permits, and construction documents for accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to contractors, developers, engineers, architects, and homeowners.
• Conduct stormwater, drainage, erosion, and safety inspections while maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Investigate complaints, violations, and unsafe conditions to help ensure public safety and quality construction.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building inspections, construction, blueprint reading, or a related field. Valid
• Utah Driver License (unrestricted) required.
• Must have ICC Certifications in Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical (Residential & Commercial).
• Valid State Combination Inspector License with strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret plans, communicate effectively with contractors/public, and use inspection reporting software.
