Shaw Construction is hiring a Driver/Labor Coordinator to support our Morgan County job site. This role is part driving, part coordination, part hands‑on labor‑a great fit for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and doesn't mind long, physical days.
What You'll Do:- Drive Superintendents to and from the job site via company van
- Coordinate daily with our labor supplier to confirm crew needs for each shift
- Perform general labor work on‑site as needed
- Support day‑to‑day site logistics and communication between crews
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to handle long days on your feet
- Construction experience a plus, but not required
- Prior supervisory or lead experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Pay: $26/hour, with significant overtime opportunity given the schedule.
