Construction LLC is hiring a professional and motivated construction estimator. We specialize in basement finishing, residential remodeling, and renovation projects.

The estimator will meet with homeowners, review project details, take measurements, calculate labor and material costs, prepare professional estimates, and follow up with potential customers.

• Meet with homeowners and inspect potential projects
• Take accurate measurements
• Prepare detailed and professional estimates
• Calculate labor and material costs
• Explain estimates and project scopes to customers
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Help convert leads into signed construction projects
• Communicate with the owner and project team

• Construction estimating experience preferred
• Knowledge of basement finishing and residential remodeling
• Understanding of construction materials and labor costs
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Sales experience is helpful
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
