The Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Center is seeking a Communications Officer to answer, process, and transmit emergency and non-emergency calls using Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.
You will interview callers, determine priority, and coordinate with police, fire, and EMS while maintaining accurate records. Strong English, typing 40 wpm, and calm demeanor are required; certifications are encouraged.
