An innovative dental technology manufacturer is seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join its growing team in Utah. Supporting dental practices and distribution partners across the US and Canada, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, manage accounts and deliver a consistently high level of service.
This is a fully on-site position offering long‑term development within a growing dental technology business, alongside a competitive hourly rate, quarterly profit sharing and a comprehensive benefits package.
The Opportunity:You'll join a collaborative customer care team supporting customers and distribution partners throughout North America. You'll develop an in-depth understanding of the company's dental technology portfolio, internal systems and operational processes, allowing you to effectively resolve customer enquiries and build trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer support to dental practices and distribution partners across North America.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build trusted relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer and distributor account management.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, processes and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information.
- Support wider administrative activities as required.
- At least 1 year of customer care or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- A positive, self‑motivated and team‑oriented approach.
- Logical thinking and strong problem‑solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Previous CRM or e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Dental or medical industry experience would be advantageous.
