Pre Pass is hiring part-time Customer Care Representatives for our West Valley City, Utah office. The role offers approximately 20 to 25 hours per week with multiple 4-hour and 5-hour shift options during the day.
Training is onsite for three weeks starting September 28, 2026, with scheduling to fit training and onboarding needs. As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers, document interactions in our CRM, and collaborate with teammates via Microsoft Teams.
