Systems Engineer, Test Engineer
Overview
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Test Conductor to support lab operations in the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (STT) organization located in Roy, UT.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with laboratory design, test planning and preparation, and scheduling of test events.
- Support execution of integration checkout procedures and maintain test stations and assets.
- Deploy software and configure hardware on test stations.
- Work closely with MA to maintain and validate test station software and hardware configuration.
- Participate in test readiness reviews, acceptance testing, and integration events.
- 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Science.
- 6 years of experience with a Master’s degree in Science.
- 4 years of experience with a PhD.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
- Familiarity with blueprint interpretation, technical specifications, schematic comprehension, and integration of flight hardware components and sub‑systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Networking, or equivalent.
- Experience with lab integration and test activities.
- Experience with formal software life cycle development methodologies.
- Experience with test equipment use and system troubleshooting.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance and SAP/SAR access.
