Mechanical Engineer, Sales Engineer
Assistant Pre-Sales Manager
In this context, we are looking for an intern to assist in technical support for sales.
Integrated into our Back Office Service (Sales Support), you will play a role in the following missions:
Support to Pre-Sales Managers
- Study the client's needs and challenge them
- Propose complete technical solutions that are feasible, optimized in terms of quality, cost, and installation time based on the company's application standards
- Ensure the conformity of the technical offer (machine performance) indicated in commercial offers
- Format the technical offer and report on activity in the CRM
- Ensure the passage of necessary and complete technical information to the sales department within the stipulated deadlines
Contribute to the development of the technical expertise of the team
- Participate in site trials and counts to understand ancillary processes and ensure the coherence of machine performance
- Participate in technical monitoring and collect market needs (including listening to customer needs, feedback from sales, trials, and site interventions)
- Participate in the capitalization of new processes and applications according to the defined method and tools, reporting the need to the project engineer and applications reference.
Participate in continuous service improvement projects
Around two main axes:
Support for the deployment of the new technical offer calculation tool and Participation in the creation of a technical reference for mechanical separators in a sorting center
- Creation of procedures
- Creation and maintenance of related documentation
- Ensure internal communication
Education BAC + 3/5 Technical (e.g., Physical Measurements, Mechanical Engineering, and Product Engineering)
You are a force of proposal, agile, and have a sense of service. You have an excellent sense of organization and management of deadlines. You are able to manage several projects at once.
Technical knowledge, manipulation of technical data (e.g., Physical Measurements, Mechanical Engineering, and Product Engineering)
Read 2D/3D plans.
Industrial culture and process is a plus
Good knowledge of the Office Pack (Excel, Word, PPT).
Analytical and synthesis spirit (reporting activity to the manager and on the CRM)
Written and oral communication:
French and English
