Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Product Development Engineer to support new product development and sustain existing product lines. This role plays a key part in the R&D team, designing innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products, including concepts, prototypes, and final solutions
• Execute product development activities in compliance with design control and regulatory requirements
• Create and maintain Design History File (DHF) documentation
• Lead and participate in technical design reviews and cross-functional collaboration
• Transfer product designs to manufacturing and support production readiness
• Research materials, processes, and manufacturing techniques
• Manage multiple development projects, including timelines, priorities, and costs
• Investigate and resolve product issues in alignment with CAPA and complaint handling procedures
• Implement design updates and improvements based on feedback and performance data
• Provide technical support for manufacturing and process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in product development within a regulated medical device environment
• Strong understanding of domestic and international regulations and standards
• Proficiency in engineering design, testing, and documentation practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
