** THE JOB
** Utah First Credit Union Amphitheater is seeking a Maintenance crew member – who will be responsible for equipment, maintenance, and repair of venue facilities.
** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Maintain facility landscaping to including planting, pruning, mowing, string trimming, and backpack blowing
* Maintain paper product stocking needs through the building
* Operate Equipment such as pressure washers, outdoor vacuums, golf carts, and tractors
* Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
* Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Set up and tear down of bike rack, tents, tables, and chairs
* Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
* Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
** WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Exceptional attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and cleanliness
* Proven background in Maintenance/Repair
* Strong relationship building and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and with team members
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
* Forklift certification is a plus
