Responsibilities
- Works with clients to plan their short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with each client’s goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Schedules and meets with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products.
- Assesses the need for residential mortgage loans and, when appropriate, facilitates originations subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
- Ability to obtain required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build peer relationships.
- Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interest in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Weekly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, rotating Saturdays.
Shift: 1st shift (United States).
Hours per week: 40.
Minimum Education RequirementHigh school diploma, GED, secondary school or equivalent.
Compliance and LicensingThis position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans. Employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal SAFE Act registry system, complete a background check and remain in good standing.
