Shift: Part-time, with the opportunity to convert to full-time upon graduation with significant pay increase.

This role offers real ownership from day one - you'll work directly with senior finance leadership on the analysis that shapes budgeting, forecasting, and operating decisions across our divisions. It's a great fit for students finishing their degree who want hands‑on experience without sacrificing academic focus, with a clear path to full‑time upon graduation.

• - Build and maintain financial models supporting budget planning and weekly forecasts
• - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis
• - Support senior management on ad hoc strategic projects
• - Partner with corporate finance on the month‑end close process
• - Identify financial opportunities and risks across the business
• - Turn raw data into actionable insights and design new reporting structures
• - Collaborate with department leaders to align priorities and set goals across multiple operating divisions
• - Bring a team-oriented mindset, sharp problem-solving instincts, and a high bar for service to business partners
