About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Pediatrics,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• This position includes a$7,500
  in relocationassistancewhen applicable, and an annual quality metrics incentive of$10,000

• Competitive Salary with productivity compensation model for increased earnings potential

• You will practice at
  West Valley Clinic
  in our new pediatrics department

• Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pmcovering pediatric patient overflow

• You will support 3-4 physician providers

• There are
  no
  on-call responsibilities

Whatyoullbring:

• REQUIRED:
  Fluency intheverbalandwritten Spanish language

• Pediatric Care Experience Preferred

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

• Board certification or eligibility inthe designated discipline

• Active, unobstructed
  
  Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
