Job Summary

Live Nation’s Concerts Division is looking for a Venue IT Support Representative who will provide onsite IT support at Live Nation events and venues. The role involves troubleshooting, liaising with remote teams, and ensuring technology readiness for shows.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue administrative, operations and production staff.
  • Identify, track and resolve persistent issues, reporting problems to remote support or service delivery teams following escalation procedures.
  • Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams to troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Serve as the onsite contact and provide guided access for visiting IT service or support providers.
  • Assist tour production by establishing artist Internet connectivity or fulfilling artist/tour IT riders prior to and on day of show.
  • Provide proactive day‑of‑show IT event support to ensure no outstanding hardware or software issues with point‑of‑sale or access control technologies before gates open for fans.
  • Assist with deployment, inventory management and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including POS terminals.
  • Develop and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies.
  • Participate in seasonal IT preparation and validation, as well as shutdown and winterization.
  • Assist with extension of existing venue IT infrastructure or implementation of new infrastructure for special events such as festivals or private events.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS, MS Windows and network technologies is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with a professional style.
  • Self‑motivated, capable of independent reasoning and troubleshooting.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable and dependable team player who can also work independently with little supervision.
  • Adaptable to a constantly changing and at times stressful work environment.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
  • Flexible scheduling, including ability to accommodate evening and weekend on‑call shifts, holidays and extended hours for events and summer festivals.
