Basic Qualifications

We are seeking an ALIS Administrator to support an active fighter unit. In this role you will be responsible for the security and integrity of systems that keep F‑35 Lightning II jets flying. The ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information System) is the IT backbone that supports current and future warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.

This is an operational support role to an active fighter unit, requiring dedication to security and system integrity.
- Obtain and maintain SAP clearance required for program access
- Travel for military deployments and detachments for extended periods as operationally necessary
- Work in various shift hours to support customer mission requirements, including weekends
- Interact daily with users providing assistance on the ALIS product suite
- Perform COMSEC duties and adhere to requirements; learn CRO duties
- Support pilots in Mission Planning/Debriefing and identify/resolve system shortfalls
- Install and update Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS)
- Administer and monitor associated hardware/software and pilot accounts
- Maintain smooth, secure operation of multi‑user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier 2 and engineers
- Train ALIS Administrators and users on the ALIS system as needed
- Backup, restore, and conduct disaster recovery of systems, databases, and network equipment
- Review processes/procedures, collect system operational data for analysis
- Coordinate extranet equipment installations with enterprise and local communications facilities
- Precision Guided Munitions Planning Software (PGMPS) experience
- Mission Planning Systems Support Representative (SSR) experience
- Personal Computer Debrief Software (PCDS) experience
- Knowledge of military flight operations & planning processes
- Account maintenance using Active Directory
- Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, and network equipment
- Virtual machine management (Hyper‑V / VMware)
- Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and managing rack component startup/shutdown
- Applying updates, anti‑virus/anti‑spyware updates, and patch updates
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, including JSF ALIS hardware and software
Onsite full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
