Role Overview
NOVVA Data Centers is seeking an IT Analyst / Developer to support daily cybersecurity operations while assisting with the development and administration of the Service Now platform. This role is ideal for someone beginning their cybersecurity career who enjoys automation, scripting, and solving operational problems through technology.
What You Will DoMonitor security dashboards and alerts, perform initial investigation of security events,
escalate incidents to senior staff, and assist with threat intelligence activities. Develop workflows and automations, build forms and catalogs, and configure Service Catalog items.
The successful candidate will gain experience across security operations, Service Now development, compliance, vulnerability management, and enterprise IT. The role requires problem‑solving, curiosity, customer service, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, process improvement, and continuous learning.
Requirements- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of IT or cybersecurity experience
- Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, Networking fundamentals, Active Directory, Security concepts, and Cloud technologies
- Experience with one or more:
Service Now, Power Shell, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL
