Systems & EDI Specialist

Got a knack for troubleshooting and a love of keeping systems running smoothly? Gimme Beauty is looking for a Systems & EDI Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team in West Valley City, UT (hybrid).

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for EDI transaction monitoring, trading partner communication, and day-to-day IT helpdesk support — making sure every team across the company has the tools and systems they need to do their best work.

Candidates must reside in the Salt Lake City metro area and be able to work onsite in West Valley City at least 2 days per week. We're unable to consider applicants outside this area.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Monitor daily EDI transmission queues and resolve failed or rejected transactions
• Communicate with trading partners on issue resolution and connection setup
• Serve as first-line IT support for staff hardware, software, and access needs
• Manage user accounts, device enrollment, and IT asset inventory
• Support onboarding/offboarding with system access and equipment setup
• Document workflows and help build out our internal knowledge base
• Pitch in on Net Suite support and systems projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in EDI coordination, IT support, or systems administration
• Familiarity with EDI X12 standards (850, 855, 856, 810, 997) a plus
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing and IT asset management
• Exposure to Net Suite or a comparable ERP is a bonus
• A sharp eye for detail, a service mindset, and clear communication skills
