This position is open exclusively to The University of Texas at Austin students.

PurposeProvide entry-level desktop support and IT services to faculty, staff, and students in a diverse academic and administrative environment. Assist with the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of university-owned computers, software, mobile devices, and related technology services while delivering excellent customer service and gaining hands‑on experience in enterprise IT operations.

- Must be a current University of Texas at Austin student.
- Moderate experience dealing with computer hardware and systems
- Attention to detail in following a process and documenting inventory
- Dependability in attendance
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications- CS or related major
- Advanced experience dealing with computer hardware and systems

Working Conditions- This position is located on the UT Campus, and the duration of employment is from September to December 2026.
- Flexible work schedule within the standard work week:
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.
- 5 p.m., and 19 hours per week maximum. - Standard Office Environment
