Attorney – Utah Office Launch

Salary Range: $50.00–$60.00

QPWB, a multi‑office national civil/commercial litigation and transactional practices law firm, is seeking attorneys with a portable book of business to open an office in Utah. The ideal candidate has a revenue base sufficient to cover salary and overhead and a strong desire to establish and grow the firm’s presence in the venue.

This is a ground‑floor opportunity to become the first anchor partner for the firm in the area. You will receive operational and back‑room support so you can focus on legal matters and client development, while you lead the office’s business‑development and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and growing an office from the ground up
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Managing practice operations, including marketing and administrative tasks
• Leveraging national cross‑marketing collaboration to expand the portfolio
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the local team

Qualifications:

• Active attorney license and acceptable disciplinary record
• Portable book of business with existing client base
• Revenue sufficient to cover salary and overhead
• Strong business development and management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a new practice group
