The SIOP Manager owns the end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process for the division. The role is accountable for delivering a fully integrated, consensus-driven operating plan that aligns demand, supply, and financial objectives. It orchestrates the monthly SIOP cycle across Demand Planning and Supply Planning, ensuring alignment between market demand, operational capabilities, and financial commitments. It drives executive decision‑making through structured governance, scenario analysis, and performance transparency, integrating commercial, operations, finance, and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, including monthly planning cycles, governance, and continuous improvement across regions
- Integrate demand, supply, and financial plans into a single aligned, consensus view to support business decision‑making
- Partner cross‑functionally with Go‑To‑Market, Value Stream, and Finance leaders to align strategy with operational execution
- Lead and develop Demand and Supply Planning teams, fostering strong collaboration and high performance
- Facilitate executive SIOP forums, delivering clear insights, risks, opportunities, and scenario‑based recommendations
- Drive performance outcomes across forecast accuracy, service, inventory, capacity, and financial targets
- Ensure alignment between SIOP outputs and financial plans, supporting revenue, margin, and working capital objectives
- Lead risk management and scenario planning to proactively address demand, supply, and operational uncertainties
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field (MBA and APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred)
- 10–15 years’ experience across SIOP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, or operations leadership, ideally in complex, multi‑site, multi‑region environments
- Proven track record leading end‑to‑end SIOP processes and partnering with senior commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Strong ability to align operational plans with financial outcomes, supported by advanced analytical and scenario modelling capability
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mining environments preferred
- Commercially astute with strong financial acumen and the ability to balance growth ambition with operational constraints
- Highly effective influencer with strong stakeholder engagement skills across matrixed organisations
- Enterprise mindset with a structured, data‑driven approach and strong governance discipline
- Advanced systems capability across ERP/MRP and planning tools, including CRM systems, BI tools, and advanced planning platforms
