Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking a SIOP Planner to lead proactive demand forecasting and supply planning for our earthmoving machines, including rebuilds and field parts.
This role links sales commitments with supply chain discipline to ensure machine availability and OTIF across strategic accounts. You will develop forecasts using PRISM/PLESN signals, identify risks at least 60–90 days out, and optimize inventory, lead times, and supplier collaboration with Caterpillar and internal teams.
