Bilingual FEMALE Crew Leader

We are a growing residential and commercial cleaning company seeking a Female Crew Leader/Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee a cleaning crew of 2-3 cleaners and drive the company van to various job sites throughout the day.

• Lead and manage a cleaning team to ensure exceptional service
• Participate in cleaning tasks alongside the team as needed
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment in the company van
• Document and report job details, completed tasks, and any issues to the office
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, addressing feedback or concerns professionally
• Safely drive the company van to scheduled job locations
• Ensure compliance with company standards for time management and task completion
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Conduct final inspections to guarantee cleaning meets our quality standards
• Handle on-site issues promptly and professionally

• Previous experience in cleaning services or team management is preferred (but not required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual is a must!).
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.

We’re looking for a reliable Crew Leader to join our team! This is a full-time position with open availability required.

Workdays: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Start Time: Arrive at the office in West Valley by 8:15 AM. Teams depart by 8:30 AM.

End Time: Varies between 3:00-6:00 PM based on workload. Some days may finish earlier or later depending on the schedule.

• Lead and manage cleaning teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure timely departure from the warehouse and coordination with team members.
• Clock in when leaving the warehouse and clock out upon returning.

• No personal vehicle needed for job sites—company van provided.
• A great work environment with a friendly team.
• Prior experience is not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
