Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Fulfillment Operator
, you'll play an important role in the final stages of our production process by ensuring every customer package is assembled accurately and meets our high-quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble credit card mailers according to production specifications
• Build packaging boxes and prepare materials for production
• Insert cards and required materials into mailers
• Print and apply shipping and product labels
• Perform quality inspections to verify accuracy and completeness
• Identify and report any printing or packaging discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
• Follow all company safety, security, and quality procedures
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Basic computer skills are a plus, but not required

No previous fulfillment or manufacturing experience is necessary. Experience in warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, mailing, or machine operation is helpful but not required-we provide paid training to help you succeed.
