Fabrication Associate
Fabricate and assemble high-end window components according to specifications. Operate hand tools and basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials for assembly. Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform repetitive assembly and fabrication tasks while maintaining accuracy. Handle glass, aluminum, frames, hardware, and other window components as required.

Fabrication Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 05:00pm)

Fabricate and assemble high-end window components according to specifications. Operate hand tools and basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials for assembly. Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform repetitive assembly and fabrication tasks while maintaining accuracy. Handle glass, aluminum, frames, hardware, and other window components as required.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Previous fabrication/assembly experience required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
