The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety. This position also requires consistent punctuality and reliable attendance.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture parts per drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• Select tooling, fixtures, and offsets as required
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Experience with setup and operating CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic

• CNC programming experience
• Familiarity with GD&T
• CAD/CAM experience
• Previous manufacturing or machining experience
