  Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM / 36 patient‑facing hours;
  Tuesdays, late clinic is offered as an option.

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

• Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

Hourly range: $56.76 – $87.59 (actual hourly rate dependent upon experience).
