RN Occupational Health Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health programs ensuring compliance with safety and wellness regulations. Manage OSHA/BBP/injury logs and exposures. Advocate for staff health and safety. Coordinate workers' compensation activities, including case management, incident investigations, and facilitating return-to-work plans. Supervise Occupational Health Technicians and provide remote or travel support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:Require an associate degree in nursing, RN licensure, and BLS certification. One year of clinical RN experience is mandatory; occupational health experience and knowledge of workers' compensation are preferred. Key qualities include being collaborative, compassionate, organized, efficient, a good listener, and a problem-solver.
Physical Demands:Ability to exert/lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and up to 20 lbs frequently.
