Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Med-Surg) – Utah
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Millcreek, Utah
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; 1:6 patient ratio; 4 weekend shifts per schedule (every other weekend); on-call twice per contract; 13-week assignment
Highlights:- 34-bed mixed Medical-Surgical unit within a well-equipped acute care facility
- Collaborative team environment with 1 Charge RN, 7 RNs, and 3 techs on day shift
- Epic EMR system; modern equipment including bladder scanners, Welch Allyn vitals, and vein finders
- Diverse case mix with procedures including Foley insertions and central line dressing changes
- Opportunity to work in a flexible, organized team-oriented culture
- Float experience across other Med-Surg units in the hospital
- Current Utah RN license or compact state license
- BLS certification (required)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (required)
- Basic arrhythmia knowledge (required)
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- Charge experience (preferred)
- Med-Surg experience with strong clinical skills
