The Snow Crew Member at Cutting Edge plays a vital role in supporting snow removal operations by maintaining commercial properties during the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call position, meaning work hours will vary depending on weather conditions and workload. The ideal candidate is reliable, resourceful, and takes pride in keeping operations running seamlessly year-round.
Responsibilities- Assist with snow removal, site cleanup, and other winter-related tasks
- Operate equipment safely (training provided)
- Follow directions and work efficiently with the team
- Maintain safety standards on all job sites
- Must be available on short notice during snow events
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions
- Dependable and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation
- On-call, as needed during the winter months
- Must be available during weekends and holidays
- Shifts can vary
