Counter Sales Associate - Parts & Rigging

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our supply and rigging team. This role is the front line of our operation—helping customers get the right products, answering technical questions, and keeping the counter running smoothly.

• Assist customers at the counter and by phone with product selection and orders
• Provide knowledgeable support on rigging, lifting, and industrial supply products
• Process sales, quotes, and invoices
• Pull orders and coordinate with warehouse and will call staff
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and sales area
• Build strong relationships with contractors, industrial clients, and walk-in customers
• Once a year inventory

• Experience in counter sales, industrial supply, rigging, or related field preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn technical products
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
• Basic computer skills (POS, inventory systems, email, parts look up, and ordering from manufacturers)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet
