Parts Counter Sales Associate

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our Parts Team. This role is the front line of our operation—helping customers get the right products, answering technical questions, and keeping the counter running smoothly.

• Assist customers at the counter and by phone/email with product selection and orders
• Provide knowledgeable support on parts
• Process sales, quotes, and invoices
• Pull orders and coordinate with warehouse and will call staff
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Once a year inventory

• Experience in parts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Basic computer skills (POS, inventory systems, email, parts look up, and ordering from manufacturers or physical parts manuals)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet
