Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who brings sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. This role is all about connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a fun, inclusive, high energy store experience—while helping the team hit sales goals.

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add-ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.

Store Ops & Execution

• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.

• Rate of Pay: $17.75 / Hour
