Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise while ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. When necessary, they make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

You'll spend your day shopping for customers across all departments, selecting items such as apples or cereal to complete online orders. The role is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and may require juggling online order fulfillment with helping in‑store customers.

You'll also engage customers during the dispensing process, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience. In addition to order filling, you will receive performance‑based incentive awards and a range of benefits.*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
