Our Inside Sales team plays a critical role in driving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Whether you are fielding calls,researching ona customer's behalf,providingsolutions, or scheduling deliveries, ourinside sales professionalscollaborateacross departments togrow the business andensuremaximumcustomer satisfaction.

Whatyou'lldo:

• Maintain and enhance foundational customer relationships while growing sales revenue and margins

• Collaborate withlogisticsunits and account managers to serve your customer base

• Stayinformedon industry events including regional projects within the market

• Prepare quotes,process orders,address andmanageshipping and payment issuesandprovidesolutions

• Promote products and value added services to meet customer needs

• Acquire,utilize,and continuously develop personal technical knowledge of general and specialty merchandise items toassistcustomers and other company personnel

What you need:

• Knowledge and experience insalesand/orsales administration

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM systems

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment

• A curious nature and a drive to learn, develop, and continuously grow

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability topresent information and respond to questions from customers, clients, and internal teams

• High School diploma and relevant professional experience(2+ years)

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
