This full‑time position requires regular travel throughout the assigned Utah market. In this role, you will collaborate with property leadership teams and executive management to strengthen hotel performance, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive strategic sales initiatives across the Utah market.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading market growth efforts and mandating revenue‑drive strategies.
• Guiding revenue strategy execution and evaluating financial outcomes.
• Mentoring and developing sales professionals.
• Building strong partnerships that contribute to long‑term success.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of hotel sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth and strategic account management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and hotel revenue systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned Utah market.

Preferred qualifications:

Regional or multi‑property hospitality sales management experience; experience with Marriott, Hilton, or similar‑branded hotel systems; advanced sales leadership or revenue management certifications.
