BambooHR is hiring a hybrid
- Utah-based Outbound BDR (Business Development Representative) to proactively reach new leads, qualify opportunities, and drive a high-volume pipeline. You will work Tuesday–Thursday on-site at our Draper campus and collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to shape territory strategy.
We seek candidates with 1–2 years SDR/BDR experience, sharp communication, and a coachable mindset, ready to meet performance KPIs and grow within a fast-moving sales team.
