What You'll Do- Drivenewbusinessdevelopment:70% in-field prospecting,30% account management.
- Engagemanufacturingclientsthroughcalls,site visits,social outreach,andemail.
- Leverage Linked Inandyour SSIscoretobuildastrongpipelineofplantmanagers,production leaders,and HRpartners.
- Uselabormarketinteltoidentifycustomerpainpointsliketurnover,skills gaps,andproductivitychallenges.
- Provideconsultativeaccountmanagementfocusedonsafety,workforce optimization,and performance.
- Winnetnewlogosandgrowyourmanufacturing-focused territory.
- Energetic,competitivemindsetwithapassionforthemanufacturingsector.
- Provensuccessgeneratingnewaccountsusing Zoom Info ,Linked In,andCRM.
- Strongbusinessacumen-abilitytounderstandproductionworkflowsandworkforcedemand.
- Excellentorganizationandtimemanagementskills.
- Salesforceexperienceisaplus.
- Strong communication,presentation,and relationship - building skills.
- Valid driver's license
- Experienceinoutsidesales.
