Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to de-escalate interactions when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, while reporting observed conditions and/or concerns;
Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry, provide directions and assistance, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to site procedures
