You'll visit clients' homes or businesses to fix, maintain, and install automatic pool covers
. You'll troubleshoot problems, keep equipment running smoothly, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pool cover systems on-site.
- Diagnose and fix technical problems quickly.
- Perform routine inspections to prevent issues.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Keep records of all work done and parts used.
- Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
- Help clients feel confident with our products and service.
- Keep track of tools and spare parts.
- Communicate clearly with your team and other departments.
- Continue learning through on-the-job training and professional development.
- 2+ years in a field service or similar technician role.
- Experience repairing electronic or mechanical equipment.
- Customer service or client-facing experience is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Good with technical and mechanical problems.
- Able to use tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Solve problems independently and efficiently.
- Read and interpret manuals and schematics.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
- Able to travel and work in different environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service technician role or a similar position.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic or mechanical equipment.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable.

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work in various environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
