Job Purpose:
You'll visit clients' homes or businesses to fix, maintain, and install automatic pool covers
. You'll troubleshoot problems, keep equipment running smoothly, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain pool cover systems on-site.
  • Diagnose and fix technical problems quickly.
  • Perform routine inspections to prevent issues.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Keep records of all work done and parts used.
  • Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
  • Help clients feel confident with our products and service.
  • Keep track of tools and spare parts.
  • Communicate clearly with your team and other departments.
  • Continue learning through on-the-job training and professional development.
Experience Needed:
  • 2+ years in a field service or similar technician role.
  • Experience repairing electronic or mechanical equipment.
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is a bonus.
Education Needed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Skills Needed:
  • Good with technical and mechanical problems.
  • Able to use tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Solve problems independently and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret manuals and schematics.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to travel and work in different environments.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service technician role or a similar position.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic or mechanical equipment.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable.

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work in various environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
